Access to an online workshop, event, course, programme or other digital service will be provided using the method specified on the relevant sales page. This may include email, a private webpage, a third-party platform or a video-conferencing service.
For live online events, access information will normally be sent by email before the scheduled event.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.
The Seller is not responsible for the customer's inability to access a product or service resulting from an incorrect email address, inadequate equipment or internet connection, or failure to check the information provided.
Where a replay is included, the period of access will be stated on the relevant sales page.
Digital products made available for download should be downloaded and stored by the customer within 12 months of purchase.
Where a product or service is described as offering “lifetime access”, this means access for as long as the product or service remains available on the platform on which it is hosted. It does not mean guaranteed access for the customer's lifetime. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue or move a product or platform, in which case reasonable notice will be given and, where appropriate, an alternative means of access will be provided.
7. Live Online Workshops and Events
For live online workshops and events, the date and time stated on the relevant sales page form part of the contract.

The Seller reserves the right to change the date or time of an online event where reasonably necessary, including in the event of illness, technical problems or other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
Where an event has to be postponed, the Seller will inform the customer and provide the new date and, where applicable, access to the replay.
If the Seller is unable to provide the service, the customer will be informed and any refund due under applicable law will be provided.
8. Digital Content
Digital products and content are supplied in the format and by the means described on the relevant sales page.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary equipment, internet connection, software and compatible device required to access the digital content.
The Seller will provide the information necessary to identify the main characteristics, functionality and access conditions of the digital product or service before purchase.
Digital content is supplied for the customer's personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Where the customer is a consumer within the meaning of applicable French consumer law, they may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for contracts concluded at a distance, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
This statutory right does not generally apply to customers purchasing in the course of their professional activity, except where a specific legal provision provides otherwise.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable conditions depend on the nature of the product or service and the circumstances in which it is supplied.
For services, including online workshops, courses and other online services, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded. Where a service begins before the end of this period, the customer's rights will depend on the circumstances and the applicable provisions of French consumer law. Where a service is fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal does not apply where the legal conditions for this exception have been met, including the consumer's prior express agreement to the service beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and express acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be excluded once supply begins where the consumer has given prior express consent for supply to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and has expressly acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal as a result.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it may be exercised using the online withdrawal form or by contacting the Seller at julia@yogajulia.com.
The separate withdrawal page provides the information and means necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Refunds and Cancellation
Where a customer has a statutory right of withdrawal and exercises it correctly within the applicable period, any refund will be made in accordance with applicable law.
Where a consumer has expressly requested that a service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, they may, where applicable, be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided before exercising their right of withdrawal.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or has ceased to apply in accordance with applicable law, the purchase cannot be cancelled under that statutory right.
Any additional cancellation or refund policy offered for a particular product or service will be stated on the relevant sales page.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All content supplied by Julia Barnes, including videos, audio recordings, written materials, workbooks, guides, illustrations, teaching materials, course materials and other educational content, is protected by intellectual property rights.
The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use purchased content in accordance with the purpose for which it was supplied.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, the customer may not:
-
reproduce or redistribute the content;
-
share access credentials or private access links;
-
upload the content to another platform;
-
sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the content;
-
reproduce parts of the content for their own courses, workshops or training materials.

Where reasonably possible, the Seller will inform customers of the situation and take reasonable steps to provide the service at a later date or offer an appropriate alternative.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
Where the customer is a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protections applicable in that country remain unaffected where required by applicable law.
